To be eligible for healthcare coverage through the NYMGMA Benefits Center, the practice administrator or manager must be an active NYMGMA member with two or more employees. So, make sure that your NYMGMA membership is up to date or go to nymgma.com to join NYMGMA or renew your NYMGMA membership today.

Any representative of your practice can click here to complete the simple online “Get a Quote” form. Within several days, you will receive a phone call from a representative with Decisely Insurance Services to review the various plans and rates that are available to your practice.

You can choose the plan or plans that work best for your practice. And once your practice makes some decisions regarding its coverage, Decisely Insurance Services will help “onboard” your practice and enroll your staff.

Your coverage can go into effect the month after you commit to a plan and your employees are enrolled.

Yes. All plans are compliant with the Affordable Care Act and New York State Department of Financial Services Regulations.
